Status: operator approved for the narrowly bounded private beta described below. External legal review remains pending and advisory. This is not a declaration of general legal compliance.

Living Book provides a personal, experimental reading branch. AI interprets a private whisper as a possible psychological influence, the simulation decides what follows, and a narrator may render an adaptive passage. Availability, continuity, and model output are not guaranteed.

The reader must be at least the configured minimum age. Do not submit unlawful material, secrets belonging to another person, or information you do not want processed by Living Book and its service providers.

Adaptive passages were not written by the original author. They must not be represented as authentic additions to the source edition.

Account access is personal, invitation-only, and revocable. This beta is limited to Romania, adults aged 18 or older, no more than five invited readers, no fee, and the exact recorded Frankenstein 1831 edition. Public registration, public sharing, uploads, payments, advertising, and model training are disabled.

UNCENTERED S.R.L. is the operator. Romanian law governs this limited beta. Liability, dispute, and other final language remain subject to external Romanian/EU legal review before any broader release.
